Three Weeks, Rating: 4/5

We are welcomed into a home of storytellers: a friendly authority and his geeky immature pal, a moody grumbling man who rarely moves from his corner, and a fussing woman who enters with tea. From this 'Father Ted for kids' dynamic, the characters introduce the metaphorical idea that the teapot is the imagination, and pick a particular one to focus on. This introduces us to Twine (manifested as a charming puppet) and his search for a sense of belonging, which takes him as high as the sky and deep as the sea, meeting new characters the whole way. The piece sometimes dawdles and lacks pace, but it still manages to entertain and open the minds of its young audience.
